Overall, hotel was excellent,. Very modern with great facilities and staff. Staff could not have been more helpful and super friendly. We did not have all-inclusive as we like to eat out on holiday so cant comment on lunch/dinner but breakfast was good. Common areas spotless and pool first rate, with families at one end. Outside area large, with walks and very well kept. Room was massive, with small separate living area and large balcony. Spotless with regular cleaning. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom (with bath). Shower great, powerful. Loads of storage. Cant fault room at all. Fridge, cooker, kettle, microwave, crockery/cutley etc. Exceeded expectations in every ways. Impressed and we always stay 4 star. We will be back

Attention to detail, little extras like free shuttle bus to the beach, rental of towels, you only needed to give a deposit which was returned when towels were. The staff were amazing. Every single one of them appeared happy to work there,, loved their job. From the staff at reception to the entertainment staff, cleaners, staff in the restaurants. Everyone was so attentive, welcoming and polite. The kids entertainment was brilliant, always something to do and included the family too. The hotel was absolutely spotless, fresh towels and cleaning done each day in the rooms. Overall we delighted with our stay and will be recommending to friends and will return again.

Everything was lovely .The rooms are so big and spotless .Towels changed most days and bottled water replenished .Breakfast was a great choice and something for everyone .We used the indoor pool and spa and it was lovely ,very clean and staff were very nice .We had a treatment in the spa on one of the days and it was a lovely experience and very reasonable .Staff were so nice and helpful .Full of smiles .We were just on a b&b basis so cant comment on food all Inclusive.We did have lunch in Grand Cafe bar which was nice .Short walk from town and cheap taxi ride away .Cant wait to return ,
